A note on zipping files

Advanced data files must be zipped. Make sure your files are zipped before beginning your upload.

6. A modal will open with 3 questions:

  1. What kind of file are you trying to upload? The file type you've dropped in will determine which of the 5 options you will see. Confirm the selection is the correct file type and continue to the next question.
  2. Do you want to apply codes with missing dates to patient visits? Our default recommendation is No.
    • Patient level codes stay with the patient in perpetuity. Unless this is an applicable instance, the recommendation is to stay with the default No selection.
  3. When encountering existing visits with codes, do you want to overwrite all codes or append new ones from this file? Our default and recommended option is Append.
    • For instances when you need to correct previous data, Overwrite may be required. Talk with Customer Support before choosing the overwrite option.Picture5.png

Zipped file warning

Your zipped file can only include the 1 file type you've selected. If you include multiple file types, the upload will error out.

Zipped files also must be in the standard for the selected file type. Check your file build to ensure your fiels are in the proper format.

8. Click Complete Upload Process.
